The owner of Arlington Electric personally came out, looked over our property and gave us a proposal on the spot. We received the estimate and it was very thorough and professional, online and easy to follow. He was also able to take into account special situations and services beyond the usual of things he would do with this type of stand by generator, in which we needed. We accepted the proposal. It was installed when they said it would be installed. They were a very efficient and good crew that came out and did the work. They followed up after work was completed to make sure we were happy. We were very pleased. My wife wants everyone to know: within a week having our generator installed, one week later we were without power. We were able to turn to the generator, turned the heat on even made a dinner and invited the family over. This was something we thought about for over a couple years, so we did decided to move forward. We are glad we did. Since we live in a rural area, we do not have an abundance of electrical contractors who are licensed and professional to call on. The ones we do have here are very busy and hard to get a hold of. Russ with Arlington Electric came quite a distance and we appreciate his willingness to assist us.
